HELLO ONEFOUR'2009 :D
im here to post some stuffs about the new chalet updates(:
For reminder, the chalet dates are on :

16 , 17 & 18 of November 2009 ;
which is Monday Tuesday and Wednesday.

Please try to turn up for this chalet because it's a ONEFOUR thing! :D
And we really hope more of the onefourians can come and have
fun together before the holidays of our secondary one year ends (:

The amount of money each has to pay are according to the number of
days of going to the chalet, the number of nights staying in the chalet.
And also whether you're turning up for the BBQ! :D

Going for the whole chalet (staying all nights & going all days) : $18
Going for 2 days (which we will recommend you to stay one night) : $15
Going for 1 day (16 nov or 17 nov) : $10
Going for 1 day, the day with the BBQ : $15

*IMPORTANT : If you already told us you can go / can stay BUT
didnt turn for for the chalet itself or inform us that you've changed your
mind just before the chalet , you still have to pay us because if we've
already booked, we need to return the money to the credit card holder,
who is one of our parents here who kindly volunteered to book the
chalet. (: So please be responsible and come for the sake of 1/4 ! :D

*IMPORTANT 2 : If you've told us that you're coming on
the 18th of November. Sorry x( Cos that's the check out date and
we would not be doing anything on that particular day. So please
do not come on that day! We have to check out in the morning. So
yeah, please try to come on 16 or 17 November! :D if you're afraid
that it's counted as PON CCA, you can always ask your CCA teacher
in charge whether a parent letter about the chalet can be a valid
reason for the absence on that day of your CCA! :D

The booking should be done by either today or the next few days!
Keep us updated about whether you can or cannot go/stay! :D
we hope to see you there because we really put in alot alot of effort
to organise this chalet (:

PS : Those people who left your books in the lockers and didnt clear it out, your books
are either with Charmaine/Me or in the schools storeroom. Because that day we
counted 4 bags of 1/4's stuffs in the storeroom but due to the heavy "loads" we
managed to take 3 bags. Please add me on MSN : jingru95@hotmail.com (dont email me
